I am Roy Charles Ramirez II. I purchased a warm and beautiful victorian era beach house a little east of Goodwell, MA. My wife Helen and I have enjoyed owning that house since 1992. In my opinion this beach house is a very good second house. I would very highly recommend this second house to anyone searching for a home.
