They call me Arthur Samuel Collins The Second. I suddenly decided to purchase a neat victorian era beach house south of Woodmont, CA. My wife Shirley and I have absolutely enjoyed owning that house since 2000. It seems that house is a really good vacation home. I would endorse highly this vacation home to anybody.
